Standard full-board care includes the following:

- Regulation-size dressage arena, 197' (60m) x 66' (20m)
- One 50' round pen
- Regular farrier visits

- On-site trailer storage available
- 24-hour security
A negative Coggins test is required of all horses entering the premises.
